Return Policy

Three Ladies in the Garden believe that you will be amazed at the beauty and quality of our merchandise, but just in case, we do guarantee our work.

RULES FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

1.  Open your package immediately.

2.  If there is any damage to the merchandise keep all packaging material including the original box it was shipped in and, of course, the damaged product.

3. Contact Ladybug Marguerite at (512) 985-6483, as soon as, the damage has been discovered for further instructions. 

RULES FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNS:

If for some reason, other than damaged merchandise, you want to return the merchandise that you have purchased from Three Ladies in the Garden then proceed as follows:

1. Contact Ladybug Marguerite at (512) 985-6483, as soon as, you open the package.

2. All return merchandise must be shipped to Three Ladies in the Garden within seven (7) business days.

3. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded for the price of the merchandise only. Shipping charges to and from will be the customer's responsibility.
